Our joggers are generally true to size. We would recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser fit though.

Although all our hoodies now have anti-bobble technology, we always recommend washing your Progress hoodies on a cold wash, because they are 100% cotton and will shrink a little under heat. If you do wash above 0 degrees, please ensure it is still low. Do not use a tumble dryer, only hang dry. Never use bleach!
